Meet the CEO: Ms Jasmine Spikes

Ms Spikes is the Owner of Spikes Management Realty. She started her Property Management experience in 2008 gaining her certification to operate and properly fulfill duties to lease out properties under several management groups.

Ms Spikes first job in her field was under college student housing for LSU (Louisiana State University) in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Her knowledge obtained while operating under other Management groups has enlightened her abilities to operate her own. Skills consist of softwares known as: AMSI, YARDI, BLUEMOON, LEVELONE, and REALPAGE. Ms Spikes has also obtained her Mortgage Loan License placing her in position to carry the title as a Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO).

She has placed herself in position to become CEO over her own Realty Company as she’s currently a investor and provide affordable housing to her clients under her properties listed under: Spikes Management Realty.
